My experience with Alexander Blank Fabrics was just incredible. From the very first exchange, the wonderful Shelley treated me and my project with the utmost care and dedication. We really had only a small, two-window project, but Shelley treated it with the same care and urgency you might expect from a huge commercial project. In terms of the product, we had the light lock system installed and it is absolutely incredible. The system gives us the darkest solution we have tried (and we have tried quite a lot of DIY options) — probably 99% room darkening. I have worked with Jessica on a couple of projects in my house, and have been extremely satisfied with the results. She is wonderful to work with! In the most recent project, she helped me transform my family room from a pretty much unused room in the house to a functional space that looks great and is now my family's favorite room in the house!Besides offering great solutions for window treatments, upholstered furniture, accessories, and other furniture that could be ordered/made by Alexander Blank, Jessica also took time out of her own schedule to help me design a footprint for the room, and find a great carpet and other furniture. One night she even went with me to a carpet store to help me pick out something that would go with the room, which shows her dedication and interest in the projects that she is working on, as well as great customer service!I would highly recommend working with Jessica and the rest of team at Alexander Blank, I have been very satisfied with every purchase and how those items look in my house.read more

I have had excellent experiences with Alexander Blanks. I bought fabrics, wallpaper and plantation shutters and everything is beautiful. The selection is outstanding and the designers are patient and helpful. They have a wide selection of designer books...biggest in town. I think what impressed me the most was how professional everything was handled from the design time to the installations...on a scale from 1-10, a 10! I would highly recommend them and look forward to using them again for my other design needs.read more

Our experience with Blank"s was fantastic. They came to the house with fabric samples for curtains, gave us a very good price and made us gorgeous floor to ceiling drapes with liners. When they hung the drapes the installer was unhappy with the finish and insisted on taking them down and have them redone. Wonderful customer service!read more

Great! I tried working with a designer when I first bought my house but it was not a good experience. I got very limited choices in fabrics, furniture types, etc. At Alexander Blank you are able to look at tons of fabrics and furniture options. They are super nice and very knowledgeable. I worked with Jessica and bought drapes, cafe curtains, several upholstered chairs, custom duvet cover and they helped me get an antique coach re-upholstered that the first designer did a poor job of. Highly recommend!read more

All of the designers and staff are helpful and knowledgeable providing options that I wound not have considered on my own. They have an extensive selection of fabrics and rods at all price points. For some rooms only a custom treatment will work and there is no better design center to work with. I trust their recommendations and have not been disappointed yet. For custom drapery their pricing is definitely competitive. I highly recommend.read more
