Repair request

We provide a guarantee on our installations for the first two years. After that, we will be happy to offer a service call to address any issues. Our service calls start at $125.00 per trip.

We will assist with repairs for Hunter Douglas products not originally purchased from us but we strongly suggest bringing the products into our showroom for assistance. Depending on the repairs needed as well as the age of the product and the lifting system, some repairs may be able to be completed in our workroom (5-10) business days starting at $85.00. Products that cannot be repaired here in our workroom will be sent back to Hunter Douglas (3-4 weeks) with a minimum handling charge of $50.00 plus shipping and any fees incurred by Hunter Douglas.
